Richard Frankel

A crucial member of Commercial Bank of California’s Board of Directors, Richard Frankel has been associated with homebuilding, banking, and mortgage entities for over 25 years.

Mr. Frankel spent the first ten years of his career in the Banking Industry. He then spent the next 25 years with William Lyon Homes holding key positions including Chief Financial Officer, Investment Division Manager, President of Lyon Homes, and Chairman of Duxford Mortgage Company. For the last 15 years, Mr. Frankel has run an investment company called Frankel Associates.
Richard Frankel has been active on investment and leadership committees at St. Joseph Hospital, Santa Ana University, and Mater Dei High School.
