Luke Farley

Luke Farley serves as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager for Commercial Bank of California, supporting the bank’s continued growth across San Mateo, Palo Alto, and the greater Bay Area.

Luke brings more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, with deep roots in the Peninsula market. Prior to joining CBC, he served as SVP, Market President at Heritage Bank of Commerce in Palo Alto and previously held senior leadership and relationship management roles with Presidio Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Greater Bay Bancorp and Comerica Bank.

Throughout his career, Luke has worked closely with business owners, executives and real estate investors, and non-profit organizations, helping them access practical banking solutions with responsive service and local decision-making. Luke has served on numerous non-profit boards and continues to give his time, talents, and resources to the community in which he lives and works.

At CBC, Luke plays an important role in strengthening the bank’s Northern California presence as it expands across San Mateo, Palo Alto, San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco, and Danville. As part of a privately held California business bank, he helps clients connect with experienced bankers, local market knowledge and a team built for long-term partnership.
