About Joseph

Joseph Gonzales is a fanatic in democratizing business banking engagement and the Executive Vice President, Client Experience Officer at CBC. Prior to CBC, Joseph served nearly two decades within the retail industry and consumer banking, from logistics to operational management, synthesizing his experiences into creating an advocacy for a holistic, business banking journey.

He has navigated through countless acquisitions, conversions, and productivity implementations resulting in workflow efficiency and a drive towards a frictionless client experience. Joseph possesses the risk mitigation and regulatory understanding inherent in business banking, with an eye towards automation, but realizes it is not technology or people, but rather people enabled by technology that will drive the CBC differentiation.

Joseph is active in the community, including participation and contributions to Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Rady Children’s Hospital, and Laura’s House.
