About Frank

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, investments and banking, Frank Willey is a vital member of Commercial Bank of California’s Board of Directors. Willey is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Penny Mac Mortgage Investment Trust, NYSE (“PMT”) and a member of the Board of Trustees of Albany Law School.

Willey has served in various other capacities within subsidiaries and affiliates of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., including President, Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He is a past President of the Board of Governors of the American Land Title Association, and a current member of the Board of Directors of Fidelity National Financial.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Willey was Vice President and General Counsel of Land Resources Corporation in Florida. Before this he was an Attorney with the law firm of Foley, Clark & Nye in Phoenix, Arizona.
Willey is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona as well as the Maricopa County Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.
