A proud San Jose native, Francisco has built his career supporting the financial success of businesses across the Bay Area. He previously held senior leadership roles at Community Bank of the Bay, First Republic Bank, Bank of Walnut Creek, and Silicon Valley Bank—earning a reputation for trusted, relationship-driven banking and a deep understanding of local market needs.

Francisco holds a B.S. in Finance from San José State University, an MBA from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
