We apologize for the unintended interruptions our phone system upgrade has caused recently. Please rest assured that these phone issues have no impact on the ongoing strength and stability of Commercial Bank of California. We continue to be the bank you can rely on for all your business needs, and remain strong in our foundation, our financials and our partnership with you. 

These unintended dropped calls and call delays to our branch phones are an isolated incident caused by an external phone service provider, and we are working to solve these issues quickly with that vendor. This temporary interruption to service doesn’t impact your accounts or the exceptional service you know us to provide.
