Banking Functions are Not Impacted

Global Outage is Minimally Impacting Logins to Our Microsoft Windows Computers

You may have seen the news this morning that global cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike deployed a faulty update to computers running Microsoft Windows, causing some of them to stop working. 

Good News: This does NOT impact CBC’s banking operations. Your funds are still safe, you can still process payments and log into your eBanking portal, and continue using your money as usual.

This does however inhibit our team from logging into our Microsoft-based systems. We know a lot of you are most likely also impacted by this. We hope it is resolved soon. 

In the mean time, you have the cell phone number of your banker should you need support.
